About Us
Founded 22 February, 1996 as a Florida 501(c) non-profit corporation,
the Polish American Engineers Association of Florida exists not
only as a social organization but to award financial aid to deserving
university students who need assistance to finish their studies.
Our Founder
The organization was created under the initiative of Mr. Tony Nalepa who brought together a group of friends and volunteers, directing their efforts to create the scholarship fund.
Our Scholarship Fund The principal source of our scholarship fund, in addition to member dues, originates from donations, and our sponsorship of bingo and annual dances at the Polish Center (usually the Saturday before Thanksgiving).
Selected applicants are awarded financial assistance scholarships which
are disbursed to the student's university account. To date, we have awarded
scholarships to ten successful applicants.

Monthly gatherings occur every 3rd Thursday and include occasional presentations by members or guests from a variety of professions reporting on the interesting developments within their fields.
Membership
We are continually seeking members with experience and specialties to
join us and who would like to take part in our mission to help students
in colleges and universities. A full diploma is not a membership requirement.
